The Engaged Mindfulness Initiative are offering a Mindfulness session at North Kensington Library.
This will include mindfulness practices to help reduce stress, feel calmer and reduce everyday tensions.

This free session is designed especially for new and small charities.
The Change4Life service in Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster supports children, young people and families most at risk of poor health outcomes to eat well and keep active.The training is free of charge.
