This is your opportunity to find out what changes are coming up in the Health and Care agenda and how it might impact on your services, grants programmes and commissioning.
This event is open to any voluntary organisation working in the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster.
It will bring you up-do-date with some of the changes taking place in Health and Care including Sustainability Transformation Plans and Accountable Care Partnerships.
There will be an opportunity for you to start to think if and how you might want to be involved: in shaping the agenda, and in service delivery.
Lastly we will introduce the Third Sector Transformation Programme which will be designed to help you to develop your infrastructure and services in preparation for the new commissioning processes.
