Monitoring and Evaluation: The Basics of Impact

Registration is closed for this event
Evidencing impact is at the heart of monitoring and evaluation. In this session we look at the basics of impact, introducing you to the subject and giving you enough to get going.

Effectively demonstrating your impact to key stakeholders including donors, grant makers, partners, the media, the public, and your board is essential for securing ongoing support for your work. This interactive session will provide an introduction to monitoring and evaluation approaches and practice, helping you to identify and describe the outcomes and impact of your work – and to consider a range of measurement tools and processes to gather evidence of that impact. This is the third session of our fundrasing series.

By the end of this webinar, participants will:

  • Have an overview of monitoring and evaluation approaches and practice
  • Be able to identify and describe the outcomes and impact of their work
  • Understand simple yet effective measurement tools to gather evidence of impact

This session will be followed up by Understanding and Evidencing Need on 23 January. You can book on that session here

After each session, you will have access to one-to-one support from the Organisational Development team, for advice in any areas or subjects you would like (by appointment).

Please note, spaces may be limited to one person per organisation, depending on demand.

This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
