Collaborative working is increasingly seen as the way forward for successfully working within the charitable sector. This interactive webinar will help you to identify the benefits and potential pitfalls of collaboration, understand the different types of partnerships and how your charity can start to create the conditions for success.
By the end of this webinar, participants will:
- Be able to identify the benefits and barriers to effective collaboration
- Understand the different types of partnerships and what may be right for their organisation
- Start to build the foundations for collaboration within their own organisation, and create the conditions for success with others
- Consider how collaboration works and can become unstuck
- Learn practical tips to take away and put to work within their partnerships
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
