Please note two points in relation to the formal business of the meeting that we will need our formal members to vote on:
1. Proposed Resolutions for changes to be made to the existing Articles of Association
Members are asked to consider the proposed resolutions and will be invited to vote at the AGM for changes to be made to the current Articles of Association. You can download the proposed resolutions as well as the Articles of Association which show the main changes highlighted yellow.

2. Trustee Nominations
Please note that a new appointment process for new trustees is underway and being finalised. If the new Articles are in place following the members' voting at the AGM, appointments will be conducted under the new Articles. Therefore, we will not be seeking any new appointments at the AGM apart from putting forward for election current Co-optees.
