Time to Talk Day 2018

Submitted by Fenn Reynolds on

Time to Talk Day takes place on Thursday 1 February. It's easy to think there's no right place to talk about mental health. But the more we talk about it, the better life is for all of us. Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed. Time to Talk Day is a chance for more of us to be more open about mental health - to talk, to listen, to change lives. Whether you're at home or in the workplace, have your conversation about mental health this Time to Talk Day.

There are lots of free resources to download/order to help you bring Time to Talk Day to your workplace. Take a look here

For those who aren't already benefitting please contact Anna Brown if you'd like to find out more about Kensington & Chelsea's free support for local businesses/organisations of all sizes and sectors who are committed to employee health and wellbeing.
