RBKC: Kensington and Chelsea Family Hubs

Family Hubs bring together a large range of support for families in one place.

They support families with children aged up to 19, or 25 with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) to get help at the right time.

Support is provided across the borough from two hubs as well as via phone, text or email. There are friendly, experienced and qualified staff on hand to assist you to find the best services for you and your children. Listening to you, RBKC will continue to develop new and improved activities, services and support.
