For organisations to function at their best, the teams within them need to be effective. The individuals within teams often bring different skill sets and perspectives, which contribute to the vibrancy of teams, but also bring complex and challenging dynamics. The consultancy I’m offering can support your organisation to explore these dynamics and identify which ones are helpful, and which ones may be getting in the way of working more effectively.

Applications for a free, BHF-funded defibrillator are now open. Applications will close on 15 March 2024.

All eligible UK-based community groups can apply. Each organisation can only apply for one award package.  

Rethink are offering a free suicide prevention training,  available for any community group or organisation in North West London.  

The training is: 

•             Free to you (fully-funded by public funding) 
•             Delivered in 1x 4 hour session (with breaks) 
•             Delivered online or in-house at your organisation (dependent on COVID-19 guidance and restrictions) 
•             Available to groups of 12-20 participants (please get in touch to discuss options for smaller groups) 

STRIVE offers free management consultancy projects providing independent, confidential business advice and guidance to City Bridge Trust grant holders, whose primary purpose is addressing the issues of poverty, disability or social exclusion.
