NHS NW London, in partnership with Hammersmith and Fulham Council and local community groups, is pleased to invite NW London residents, partners and community groups to a free Health and Wellbeing Windrush Day Celebration Event.

As part of the celebrations, the NHS are working to improve health outcomes for all members of the Black community in North West London.  All activities have been designed by health and community partners to offer something fun for all ages.

Join every first Tuesday of the month at The Vestry St Lukes Sydney Street SW3 6NH for a fantastic event outside their foodbank run by the Chelsea Community Pop Up Hub. The Hub is a wonderful opportunity for those who may not have easy access to health services or financial guidance.

The School of Humanity is an event put on to challenge stereotypes and inspire transformative change for a more compassionate world. This is open to anyone who would like to learn more about other people's personal stories who come from a background typically subject to labelling, negative stigma and judgement.  

Film & TV Production workshop for 14-25 yr olds starting Saturday 13th April at Baseline Studios W11.  Attendees will be taught storytelling, scriptwriting, professional camera, directing, we shoot a film and editing all taught by industry professionals.

They will also be offering the Duke of Edinburgh certificate and with pathways to further education and employment opportunities.

This practical, interactive Financial First Aid Workshop will give you the skills and information you need to boost your confidence and competence. It's aimed at practitioners (volunteers or employees) and can be cascaded within organisations.

You’ll cover:

- The difference between information, advice & guidance

- Understanding the triggers for and impact of money worries

- Money & mental health

- Helping people to set up a budget
