In a fast-paced, overstimulated world, stress, anxiety and burnout have become all too common.

This 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness course offers a gentle, supportive space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience moments of calm in everyday life.

Eco-Fit is a free Introductory Horticulture and Conservation skills workshop series. It runs on Wednesday's from 10.45am - 1pm, over six weeks. The next course will start on 18 February 2026.
