Lucy brings over 10 years of experience in education and 8 years in strategic leadership within the charity sector, with a strong focus on mental health, housing, education, and community development. As Co-CEO and Co-Director of Latimer Community Art Therapy, set up in response to the Grenfell fire, she co-led the organisation from establishing it as a successful Community Interest Company, through to its recent conversion to Charity Status.
Her long-standing commitment to governance and community representation is evidenced through 13 years as a school governor, 9 years as a board member of Westway Housing Association (Now Karibou HA), and 25 years as a tenant representative. Having worked closely with families, professionals, funders, and statutory bodies in North Kensington and beyond, Lucy brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, safeguarding, and advocacy for disadvantaged communities. She is passionate about social justice, and amplifying the voices of those often unheard, making her a dedicated and values-driven trustee for the Kensington and Chelsea Social Council.
