Joe works within the communities of North Kensington, strengthening civic participation through training and amplifying local voices to impact decision-making. He seeks to create and/or support opportunities for closer working between grassroots community groups, activists, and the statutory and voluntary sectors. The role also supports the development of local community-led initiatives – such as emerging Community Interest Companies.
