The Kensington & Chelsea Social Council's (KCSC) Community Resilience Team has helping to improve community awareness and increase uptake of the Healthy Start voucher programme in RBKC as part of the GLA's Food Roots programme.
The team from Citizen's Advice in Brent delivered an informative and well-attended presentation to local Community and Maternity champions from Earls Court, Worlds End & Cremorne, and Chelsea.
Community Champions play a vital role in their communities, the informative session on the Healthy Start programme helped the Champions learn about the scheme, and feel confident to help others access it.
