Service Description
We provide a wide range of volunteer-supported services which aim to connect people to their communities, combat isolation and help keep them independent in their own homes.

These include:
- Befriending - Regular one-to-one visits from a volunteer to provide companionship.
- Escorting - Help from a volunteer to get out and about, including to doctors'/hospital appointments or to the shops.
- Practical Help - Help with simple DIY tasks such as changing light bulbs and putting up shelves.
- Escorted Shopping Trips - Trips to local supermarkets for people with reduced mobility. Minibuses pick up and drop off users at home.
- Decluttering & Falls Prevention - Help with removing clutter and identifying hazards in the home which may cause a fall.
- Group Befriending - A wide range of social groups and activities, including language classes, lunch clubs and concerts.
