Talking talkshops

Service Description

To help ease the strain on NHS Mental Health services and in an effort to help de-stigmatise Mental health services are fully mobile service and works from community venues or office spaces anywhere the need is supported. Talkshops are Peer led discussions supported by trained and experienced counsellors/life coaches and group facilitator's. Tallkshops provide a space for individuals to talk openly in a confidential setting, about in a safe and supportive environment we run a series of six week workshops which cover basic steps to repairing and restoring intrinsic life instincts of worth and being; Self help: Confidence Building & Motivational sessions; methods of relaxation, meditation and healthy eating as way to wellbeing.
