Session 1: Contracts of Employment
This session will help you understand the various types of contracts of employment available for you to offer as an employer. This will include advice on other documentation that can support a employment contract.
Session 2: Employer’s Responsibilities
This session will help you understand your responsibilities as an employer. You will gain an understanding of;
- what statutory requirements you must comply with
- your duty to make your workplace safe and accessible
- how to register as an employer and comply with PAYE
- your responsibilities in terms of workplace pensions
- what is required in relation to employer’s liability insurance
You will also be provided with signposting information for further support and guidance

Cancellations
Attendees who fail to show up without notifying us at least 3 days in advance of the event start time in writing or by email are liable to be charged a cancellation fee of £30.
