Effectively demonstrating your impact to your key stakeholders such as donors, grant makers, partners, trustees, media and staff is essential for securing ongoing support for your work.
During this workshop, facilitated by the Royal Literary Fund, we will:
- explore what is meant by impact, in general, and with application to your organisation’s activities
- discuss what information you need to understand and demonstrate your impact
- practise turning evaluation data into compelling stories.
Through writing exercises and discussion, you will gain an understanding of what impact means, the information you need to demonstrate impact from the activities you run, and how to tell a compelling story to your key audiences. Further support will be made available after the workshop.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
