Run by the RBKC Human Resources Department this session will explore how a performance management framework can be linked to supporting policies and procedures. It will cover ‘Working with Motivation’ and be an interactive session. The session will go through scenarios, give feedback, and look at how to develop action plans.
There will be time for questions during the session.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.

When oversubscribed, spaces will be limited to two representatives of a local voluntary and community organisation operating in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We will give priority to KCSC members first then to other not for profit organisations based in and providing a services to residents of Kensington and Chelsea, or based elsewhere but operating in the borough.
