Simple budgeting aids planning and enables organisations to monitor their overall performance. This workshop will help attendees to:
- Understand the importance of budgeting and financial management
- Understand budget headings and to work out the budget for your project
- Understand all the possible costs associated with your project
- Monitor your actual income and expenditure making sure you don’t overspend
- Show funders that you have an understanding of what the project will cost and how you will fund it
- Understand the difference between budgeting and Cashflow forecast
- Understand full cost recovery

This workshop is suitable for staff/volunteers with finance and/or fundraising responsibilities in a non-profit organisation in Kensington and Chelsea.
This training is for those who work or volunteer for a non-profit organisation in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
