The need for planning and budgeting never stops. Whether budgeting for next holiday, saving to buy a property or run a charitable programme, one must make a budget to estimate the expected revenue and expenses over several months.
The outcome of this training is to:
- Understand the benefits of budgeting
- Understanding budgeting methods and cost clarifications
- Identify the money flow of a project (Income and Expenses)
- Explore setting up a system to control and monitor project inflow and outflow
This will be an interactive session delivered so that there will be scope to ask questions regarding particular issues. You may also want to attend our Grant Fundraising for beginners on 10 August, which compliments this session.
This workshop will be online but not suitable for viewing by phone - a computer or tablet should be used.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
