Recruitment and Selection (Via Zoom)

It will be run by the RBKC Human Resources Department. This training session will cover good practice such as effective shortlisting and probing interview questions.  It will set out the importance of equality considerations and the need to be inclusive. It will be an interactive session with scenarios and developmental actions.

There will be time for questions during the session.

This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
