KCSC is providing a series of training and tailored 1-1 support sessions to help local voluntary and community organisations to apply for RBKC’s Grenfell Projects Fund.

Training will be held on the following topics:

1.     Understanding and evidencing your community’s needs, 1st November 11 am

2.     Project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, 4th November 11 am

3.     A-Z of grant fundraising, 8th November 11 am

4.     Budgeting and financial management for projects, 11th November 11 am

Simple budgeting aids planning and enables organisations to monitor their project performance and keep an eye out for financial warning signs. This workshop will help delegates to: show funders that you have an understanding of what the project will cost and how you will fund it; set up and organising finance systems; and to understand all financial legal obligations for the organisation.

This session will be delivered online and there will be a chance for you to ask questions.

This training is available to new and existing community and voluntary sector organisations running activities in Kensington & Chelsea. Organisations and collectives who are in the process of applying to the Grenfell projects fund will be given priority if places on this event reaches capacity.

If you would like any help with preparing and applying for the Grenfell Projects Fund please contact [email protected].
