This online training session will cover project planning and evaluation and is session 2 in our Grenfell Projects Fund training series.
KCSC is providing a series of training and tailored 1-1 support sessions to help local voluntary and community organisations to apply for RBKC’s Grenfell Projects Fund. Training will be held on the following topics:
1. Understanding and evidencing your community’s needs, 1st November 11 am
2. Project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, 4th November 11 am
3. A-Z of grant fundraising, 8th November 11 am
4. Budgeting and financial management for projects, 11th November 11 am
Effective project planning and management will help ensure your projects are delivered successfully. This online training session will give attendees an introduction to practical tools you can use to plan projects, insight into how to allocate time and resources to each activity, and an overview of monitoring and evaluation to make sure your projects stay on track.
This session will be delivered online and there will be a chance for you to ask questions.
This training is available to new and existing community and voluntary sector organisations running activities in Kensington & Chelsea. Organisations and collectives who are in the process of applying to the Grenfell projects fund will be given priority if places on this event reaches capacity.
