Social Prescribing Link Worker Networking Event - 9 July 2021

This online event will give you the chance to meet with the Social Prescribing Link Workers (SPLWs) in West London (Kensington and Chelsea, Queens Park & Paddington). You will have the chance to learn more about the work they do, how they take referrals and how they can refer into your services. You will also have the chance to share some information about your organisation / charity / community group and make the SPLWs aware of how your services can benefit clients / local residents / patients.
