This session will be run by the RBKC Human Resources Department. This session will outline an effective performance management framework and how it can be linked to supporting policies and procedures. It will cover ‘Working with Motivation’ and be an interactive session. We will go through scenarios, give feedback, and look at how to develop action plans.
There will be time for questions during the session.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
