Join us on Thursday, 11th March for a Confidence Building and Skills Awareness training, led by ClementJames.
Open to local residents, the training aims to help you develop your confidence, as well as an awareness of the strengths and experiences that you bring to the table. It will also introduce strategies for working effectively towards achieving your goals.
The three-hour session will be interactive, with lots of opportunities for putting skills into practice and space for questions, feedback, and reflection. You will get the chance to try out key skills for working in the voluntary and community sector including presentation techniques, teamworking, creative thinking, and the ability to identify and manage smart, achievable goals.
This training is reserved for residents of Kensington and Chelsea. There are only 15 spots available, so sign up now to secure your place!
