When recruiting new volunteers, staff members or trustees, organisations have an opportunity to make diversity a reality in their workplace. This session will explore why diversity and inclusion matter, and provide guidance on how to improve your recruitment processes, including developing inclusive role descriptions and designing onboarding processes that help new members feel included from day one.
