This session will be run by the RBKC Human Resources Department. During the session, we will help you understand the various types of employment contracts available for you to offer as an employer. This will include advice on other employment contractual relationships.
We will look at;

- Probation periods
- Pensions Auto-Enrolment
- Confidentiality
- Contract clauses
There will be time for Questions during the session.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
