Come along to share your advice, experiences and materials if you have them on motivational techniques for your staff. Whether it is through appraisals, supervision or coaching, we want to have a useful session on what works for you. We know it isn’t always smooth sailing so we can share the challenges too and ways to overcome staff who may be struggling with motivation.
