New Charity Governance Code Briefing

Registration is closed for this event
Hear about this practical tool to help charities and their trustees develop high standards of governance

A new edition of the Charity Governance Code was published in 2017. Rosie Champman, who was chair of the cross-sector steering group that developed the code, will be providing a short briefing to tell us all about it. In it she will:

  • discuss the thinking behind the new Charity Governance Code
  • highlight some of the Code’s key features
  • discuss how it might and is being used.

You can read all about the code and download a copy here.

Light refreshements and finger food will be available and there will be time for networking.

Volunteer Centre Kensington & Chelsea are holding a session beforehand at 2-6pm also at the town hall on recruiting trustees and senior managers with convictions. Click here to read more and to book a place.
