This briefing session from employment law experts PEACe will provide an overview of preparing for and managing a redundancy process.

The session will include how the process should be carried out to ensure it is fair and timely and the legal rights of staff employed within the organisation. It is aimed at people who make staffing decisions within their organisation, such as trustees and senior staff, who would like to know more about redundancy processes.
