Angela is ultimately responsible for development of organisational strategy, lead by the Board of Trustees, and for the implementation of this strategy. She also works to ensure that the voluntary and community sector is effectively supported and represented and has a voice with decision makers. Angela sits on a number of local strategic, regional and national boards to advocate on behalf of the voluntary and community sector. She joined KCSC in 2008 as the Policy Development Manager and became CEO in 2014.
