This seminar for trustees of local organisations in Kensington and Chelsea will look at steering your organisation through current challenges

The agenda will include:

  • Lesley Duff from local organisation Woman's Trust will share some thoughts about the experience of the Woman's Trust board in overseeing a period of challenge and change
  • an interactive session looking together at the challenges faced by boards in todays climate and sharing strategies to overcome these challenges.
  • Stefanie Borkum from Target HR will talk about the support the Target HR project offers and answer any general employment related questions (she will also be available for 20 minutes after the seminar to answer any individual questions).
  • a short discussion about how the Get on Board project can support you in your role as trustee
