Free entry and lunch for stroke survivors and carers. Professionals and voluntary organisations £1.50 for lunch.
In 2009 Luke Kemp and Nicholas Lawrence founded ASSEMBLY _projects as a collaborative platform for the practice and investigation of making and exhibiting art, coordinating events and producing publications which showcase a broad range of artistic collaboration.
For Making Use, Kemp and Lawrence have expanded their interest in the production and presentation of artwork by crossing the boundaries between fine art, product design, graphic design and the curation of exhibitions.
A second consultation event in relation to the formation of a Regeneration and Economic Inclusion Consortium will be held on Thursday 17 May. The consultation will assess the potential and support to establish a Voluntary Sector consortium.
The Regeneration and Economic Inclusion Consortium could incorporate:
An evening of music, food, poetry and speeches to celebrate international links between trade unions and communities across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and other international labour movements.
This event has been organised by Kensington & Chelsea Trades Council which brings together trade unions and community groups in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Upcoming Art Exhibition: A Taste for Perfection by Abigail Jones
Opening event: 27th April, 6 – 9pm
Exhibition open on 28th and 29th April 2012, 12 – 6pm.
A Taste for Perfection is an autobiographical series of dated, text-driven paintings. Initiated two years ago, it now comprises over two hundred works on paper.
Over the course of 6 weeks, Latymer Projects welcomes participants to collaboratively create a map, concerned with the historical and contemporary experiences of life in the local area. The mapping project begins on the 17th March, where the session will be led by local artist Constantine Gras.
