LSCP & SAEB Transitional Safeguarding Survey

Submitted by Fenn Reynolds on

The Local Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) and the Safeguarding Adults Executive Board (SAEB) for Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster are seeking to understand what services are currently available to support young people aged 16-25 in their area, especially those that may be at risk of exploitation.

In particular, they are keen to understand if and how organisations currently plan for a young person’s transition from accessing services for children to services for adults across all sectors (eg health, social care, voluntary sector partners, etc).

Your help in completing the short survey below will be invaluable in enabling the safeguarding partnerships to identify if and where there are any gaps in service provision and support for this cohort of young people, so that we can begin to plan better to address their needs.

The survey shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to complete.
