Is your organisation looking to recruit new volunteers, staff or Trustees? Join our upcoming 'Volunteering and Job Fair' to promote your work and meet interested candidates from across the local area.

Date: Saturday, 20 November 2021, 9.30am to 4pm
LocationKensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX & online via Zoom

Format: The Fair is being run as a hybrid event, meaning all participating organisations or groups will have a stall at Kensington Town Hall, and will also be given the opportunity to give a 5-minute pitch (presentation) to an audience via Zoom. A camera will be set up in an adjacent room at the Town Hall. All local voluntary and commmunity organisations working in Kensington and Chelsea are eligible to apply for a stall, and participation is free.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, as well as a lunch voucher for two representatives from each organisation or group.

Booklet - We will be producing a booklet with information about all participating organisations and groups. This will be sent to everyone who registers to attend and will be distributed on the day of the Fair. Your answers to the three following questions will be included in the booklet. (*If you do not have this information at hand, please write 'TBC' and someone from KCSC will follow up with you in the week of November 1st.)



Attendees - Each organisation may have up to two representatives at their stall, however these can change throughout the day. For example, you may choose to send two people from 9.30am to 12.30pm, followed by two others from 12.30pm to 4pm. (*If you are not yet sure who will be attending from your organisation, please write 'TBC'.)


Essential Documents - Please tell us which of the following policies/procedures/documents your organisation or group currently has in place. (We ask this question to identify any potential areas of support KCSC can provide, to help you to ensure the best experience for your staff, volunteers, and service users. This will not affect your ability to participate in the Fair.)
