Training your staff

Across the UK, organisations working with communities are finding increasingly complex challenges experienced by the people they support and greater levels of need, whilst services are experiencing significant financial challenges.

In such uncertain times it is absolutely essential that organisations across Kensington and Chelsea have staff that are well trained, from the volunteers working with communities on the ground, to the CEOs managing large teams. KCSC has a variety of training and coaching opportunities that can help all staff to improve their practice, understand legal duties, work safely and strengthen their organisation.

*New Community Leadership Programme*

This expanded capacity building programme funded by RBKC aims to assist individuals and organisations that want to provide original and innovative services to help the local community as well as supporting existing organisations to provide services in a sustainable way. The programme will be open to any who deliver services to North Kensington residents.
