Training your staff
Across the UK, organisations working with communities are finding increasingly complex challenges experienced by the people they support and greater levels of need, whilst services are experiencing significant financial challenges.
In such uncertain times it is absolutely essential that organisations across Kensington and Chelsea have staff that are well trained, from the volunteers working with communities on the ground, to the CEOs managing large teams. KCSC has a variety of training opportunities that can help all staff to improve their practice, understand legal duties, work safely and strengthen their organisation.
See list of training/learning opportunities as well as our own training programmes below.
