Self Care Directory

We have Arts and Crafts classes to allow our members to express their creative side and keep their minds stimulated.

The aim of the Arts and Crafts classes is to stimulate both cognitive activity and physical dexterity to improve our members’ mental and emotional life. The sessions are specifically designed to help our elderly members to manage their behaviour and feelings, reduce stress and improve awareness and self-esteem with the broader purpose of contributing to their mental health and well-being.

Art can make you feel calm and at peace when engaging and it contributes to the mental health and well-being of all those who take part.
