Providing skilled, compassionate end of life care for people who are at an advanced stage of illness in our central and south west London Community. Trinity cares for peple in their own homes and through day and inpatient services at our Clapham centre. Trinity is a charity, our expert services are provided free of charge but we recieve less than a third of our income from the NHS. This means we rely on the support of the local community to raise the rest.
