Career and leadership coaching can help you develop and take the next steps, to identify your goals and work towards them. It can help you evaluate strengths and weaknesses and support effective decision making within your organisation.
Life/Career Development coaching can cost between £80 to £150 for a one hour session. We are therefore pleased to offer this programme of up to 4 coaching sessions free of charge at this current time. If you wish to continue seeing the coach beyond your 4 free sessions this will be a personal arrangement outside of KCSC. The cost will be £50 per session paid directly to the coach. If your organisation would like to pay for you to continue seeing a coach for large organisations the cost will be £75ph and for smaller organisations £50ph (see terms and conditions).
This is part of our Reaching Potential programme of support for the voluntary and community sector in Kensington and Chelsea. A key aim in providing this service is to strengthen local voluntary and community organisations by supporting the development of staff and volunteers.

Ian Mercer is a qualified executive coach. He is able to draw on many years of senior management roles with exposure to a wide range of industries (voluntary, NHS, commercial etc.). He has been successfully coaching for several years and has a wealth of knowledge in organisation and personal behaviours including an MSc in Organisational Development.
Ian works with senior managers to:

Lesley Kay is a coach, facilitator, trainer and organisation and performance development specialist who has led her small west London-based HR development consultancy, LJK Resources Limited, since 1999. She has worked with large and small client organisations across a wide range of business sectors. Lesley is an ILM qualified Performance Coach, an NLP practitioner, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the Institute of Directors and also lectures in HRM. Her coaching style is to create a safe, but challenging environment, helping individuals to achieve their personal, professional and business goals.
Mary is a qualified coach with expertise in areas of professional development and leadership. She has over 30 years experience as a senior HR professional, predominantly in local government, NHS and charitable sectors. Qualifications include: Chartered Fellow CIPD, NLP coach and Master Practitioner, Clean Language facilitator and MSc in Organisation Behaviour. Mary has been coaching and mentoring for over 10 years, helping clients identify and address issues for personal and professional development.
