Reaching Potential is our training and development programme for Kensington & Chelsea voluntary organisations. Aiming to develop knowledge and skills in the local sector, we work with a variety of partners to develop suitable learning opportunities. Our training programme is open to workers and volunteers from local voluntary and community organisations.

Exciting extension to the reaching potential programme
This extended 'Reaching Potential' capacity building programme funded by RBKC aims to assist individuals and organisations that want to provide original and innovative services to help the local community as well as supporting existing organisations to provide services in a sustainable way. The programme is open to any who deliver services to residents in North Kensington. This extension is part of a wider programme: Community Leadership Programme.
