Christine is a HR and Oranisation Development (OD professional at Blue Mountain Consulting working with leaders in the public and voluntary sector on HR and OD, aligning practice to business goals and culture.
She has over 15 years of experience at a strategic level working with internal and external stakeholders, and is interested in working with people from all different walks of life, and this is an increasingly important area for leaders who need to engage with and motivate diverse people during organisational change.
Christine started her working life in banking and moved into personnel as she wanted to make a difference on a wider scale in organisations. Most of her roles have been on change, improving working practices in central and local government or the NHS and also in the charity sector.
She has worked to improve the lives of people in the community, either as a fundraiser (the largest fundraising activity undertaken was a trek to Machu Picchu completing the Inca trail for Action Medical Research), or as a trustee. Christine is committed to the work of Kensington and Chelsea Social Council, supporting the development of smaller charities by ensuring good governance arrangements exist.
As part of her own commitment to the community she regularly supports young people to get on the work ladder prepping them for interviews, and advising on how to apply for roles in the corporate world.
