The Grenfell Health & Wellbeing Service is teaming up with the Recovery & Wellbeing College and Community Champions to offer a programme of free workshops that focus on wellbeing.
Understanding me, understanding you (4 weeks)
'Mentalizing' is a term used to describe when we are able to 'step back’ from our thoughts and feelings about others and ourselves. This allows us to pause so that we can consider whether we are communicating well, helping us communicate with others and ourselves but it can get interrupted by stress and strong emotions. Learning about mentalizing can help us manage difficult feelings and establish stable, supportive and trusting relationships.
If you, or someone you support, struggles in this area, join this practical course. Discover what a liberating and empowering wellbeing tool this can be by connecting with ourselves and others in a meaningful and successful way.
Open to everyone living in Kensington & Chelsea.
