North Kensington Community Energy Event

Event Date:
Saturday, 29 February 2020 (All day)
Organisation:
North Kensington Community Energy

North Kensington Community Energy invites you to join their free event to support residents and community groups to ‘decarbonise’ their lives. The family-friendly event will have drop-in activities for children and adults. They will also be hosting short, facilitated discussions with local organisations and residents on topics such as; low carbon diets, local climate solutions and improving our environment.

They are hosting this event to provide an opportunity to build solutions to the Climate Emergency together. North Kensington Community Energy wants to create a positive and enthusing day for everyone, as well as providing practical, actionable advice on what we can do locally and at a wider level.

If you or your organisation would like to be on the panel for a seminar, or join the drop in activities, please get in touch. If your organisation doesn’t currently have an energy and carbon saving plan, we would love for you to attend and hear some accessible solutions.

NKCE is K&C’s community-owned energy cooperative, creating clean, renewable energy for Kensington and Chelsea area. It is already working with the RBKC Council and the Westway Trust, and want to support groups across the borough.
