Set in an 19th century mission church, the Harrow Club offers an eclectic mix of old and new, combining the quirks of a period property with fresh, open spaces and state of the art equipment. We offer a variety of rooms which are each available independently or in conjunction, subject to availability. In line with our community centred ethos we offer a generous concessionary rate to not for profit organisations.
Recently refurbished, the Club’s conference facility is a perfect example of how old and new combine in our period facility. Full length, neo-gothic windows, harking back to the buildings 19th century history, create an open and air space in which to enjoy the newly installed media suite, with its 50inch screen and built in surround sound.
A relaxed and comfortable area perfect for informal meetings and get-togethers. Complete with a wall-mounted wide-screen TV, pool tables and access to the Club’s servery, the space provides everything required to create an easy atmosphere. Tables and chairs can be arranged inline with individual requirements, and access to the kitchen granted at an additional cost.
Modern and versatile, the dance studio is both air conditioned and heated, features newly extended mirror panelling and has a varnished floor. Connected to an MP3 compatible music system, the dance studio provides the perfect space for dance and fitness classes, but can be dressed to accommodate a range of purposes.
With high ceilings, period windows and exposed beams, the Sports Hall is a beautiful and well preserved reminder of the Club’s heritage. Uniquely located in the old church roof, the Sports Hall is a commanding space guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on those who visit.
