Exciting opportunities for young people in North Ken - Resurgo's Spear employment programme + paid photography placement with ACAVA

Resurgo’s Spear Programme is restarting in September

The Spear Programme supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds (aged 16-24yrs) into work or education by equipping them with the confidence, motivation and skills they need to succeed in long-term employment. The programme is free to join and provides six weeks of coaching and practical training, plus up to a year of further support. Of the young people who took part in the first North Kensington cohort in March 2019, 82% were still in employment, education or training a year later.

The next programme start dates will be 15th September and 3rd November.  Usually the programme is delivered face-to-face in North Kensington, but due to coronavirus a revised programme is currently being offered via Zoom which has been crafted to address some of the specific challenges of the COVID-19 employment climate.
