The Dalgarno Trust online workshops

While The Dalgarno Trust are not able to open their doors for the time being, they are running a timetable of online activities. The following online workshops will be held on Zoom each weekday:

Mondays – Women’s Only Zumba, 11am
Tuesdays – Nutrition & Healthy Eating Workshop, 11.30am
Wednesdays – Kundalini Yoga, 1pm
Thursdays – Chair-based Exercise, 11am
Fridays – Online Mindfulness, 12.30pm

To tie in with Mental Health Awareness week there will be a daily programme of online workshops from 10.30am - 11.15am.

Tuesday 19 May 2020 – Anxiety and panic attacks
Wednesday 20 May 2020 – Loneliness and isolation
Thursday 21 May 2020 – Managing stress
Friday 22 May 2020 – Parenting, coping mechanisms and self-care
