Coronavirus: Your Experience Matters Survey from Healthwatch

Healthwatch Central West London (CWL) wants to hear local people’s views and experiences of the coronavirus / COVID-19 outbreak by completing this survey:

Who is Healthwatch Central West London?
Healthwatch Central West London is an independent charity that represents the voices of patients. It has statutory powers under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 to gather the views and experiences of people about health and social care services in Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

There are useful links based on the comments gathered so far; Healthwatch CWL has produced an infographic that shows those comments, a comprehensive resource package and support pages for mental health, social isolation and financial concerns.

The survey has been designed based on over 200 comments Healthwatch CWL has already received from local people about how they have been affected.

The survey results will be used by Healthwatch CWL to help local health and social care leaders to better understand the types of support and services residents need to stay safe and well.

Healthwatch CWL can also attend online meetings to have focus group discussions on the themes of the survey and can circulate paper copies with free post envelopes. To organise this or for any questions please contact Eva at
