Transforming Hidden Talent programme for young people

Media Trust have opened recruiting for this year’s employability programme. They are currently looking for young people to join the programme in London, to be mentored by top-flight media professionals working in some London’s biggest media companies such as Twitter,  BBC, ITV, McCann Manchester, Turner, The Telegraph and The Guardian.
Transforming Hidden Talent is an employability programme run by Media Trust and funded by Comic Relief. It’s aimed at young people aged 16 – 25 living in Birmingham, London and Manchester, interested in gaining a career in the media industry, the programme runs for 12 months.
Young people will be matched with a media professional who will offer them guidance, personalised career support and advice on raising their professional profile.
Alongside this the programme will also offer masterclasses and training sessions, all designed to ensure young people are ready and equipped to enter a career in the creative industry.
