In 2019, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made changes to the way it works including the adoption of a “Charter for Public Participation”, which sets out how the Council proposes to work with local people in the future.
This survey is being carried out by the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny (CfGS) in order to support a review of governance which the Council is funding. It is about the way that individuals may have tried to have a say in Council decisions in the past, and how this might be done in future.
If you would like to speak to someone about your response – in confidence – please contact ed.hammond@cfgs.org.uk. Please note that the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny are not able to help resolve ongoing issues with the services received from the Council.
